Jalonda Combs

Executive Director of STEM

OIC of America

Jalonda Combs oversees programs that equip individuals with localized, high-quality training to help them transition into sustainable new careers and achieve financial empowerment.

​

Before joining OIC of America, Jalonda directed STEM programming at Summit Academy OIC in the Twin Cities. There, she developed and managed accredited training tracks spanning IT, financial services, medical administration, carpentry, and electrical work—ultimately helping students transform their lives through job readiness.

 

Jalonda began her career in education with Minneapolis Public Schools as a Student Support Specialist and Associate Educator, where she provided tailored classroom support and individualized math instruction to ensure student success.

Renee Williams

Renee Williams brings more than two decades of experience in post-secondary education pathways, strategic partnership development, and nonprofit leadership.

 

In her national role, she leads volunteer recruitment and develops scalable systems and standard operating procedures that support STEM programming across multiple OIC affiliate sites.

 

She is also the founder of Equitable Access College Consulting, where she helps students and families navigate the college admissions process and access post-secondary opportunities. Renee is passionate about expanding educational access and creating equitable pathways for student success.
