Jalonda Combs

Jalonda Combs is the Executive Director of STEM at OIC of America, where she leads the organization's national STEM strategy and oversees the development of innovative programs that connect young people to hands-on learning, career exploration, and workforce opportunities.

A Minneapolis native, Jalonda has dedicated her career to expanding opportunities for youth through education, community partnerships, and workforce development. Her experience spans K-12 education, nonprofit leadership, program development, and strategic partnership building, all centered on one goal: helping young people discover what's possible for their future.

Since joining OIC of America, Jalonda has led the development and implementation of the organization's national STEM programming, helping transform OIC's vision into scalable initiatives that engage students, strengthen communities, and connect education with industry. Through partnerships with schools, higher education institutions, employers, community organizations, and volunteers, she is helping build pathways that prepare students for success in high-demand careers.

Jalonda believes strong communities create stronger futures. She is passionate about bringing people together around a shared commitment to investing in young people because she believes lasting impact happens when communities work together. By creating opportunities for students to explore STEM through hands-on experiences and meaningful connections, she is committed to ensuring every young person, regardless of their background or zip code has the opportunity to see themselves as tomorrow's innovators, problem-solvers, and leaders.

Renee Williams brings more than two decades of experience in post-secondary education pathways, strategic partnership development, and nonprofit leadership.
In her national role, she leads volunteer recruitment and develops scalable systems and standard operating procedures that support STEM programming across multiple OIC affiliate sites.
She is also the founder of Equitable Access College Consulting, where she helps students and families navigate the college admissions process and access post-secondary opportunities. Renee is passionate about expanding educational access and creating equitable pathways for student success.
